1. Agreement Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the business relationship between KRISH AGRO (a Partnership Firm registered in West Bengal, GSTIN: 19ABDFK7639P1ZG) and customers purchasing organic manures, bio-fertilizers, and farming equipment. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Services

• Product Range: Organic manures, bio-fertilizers, natural pest control products, hand tools, sprayers, irrigation equipment, and planting supplies
• Price Range: All products priced under ₹10,000
• Target Customers: Small & marginal farmers, kitchen gardeners, organic farming enthusiasts, nurseries, and agricultural students

3. Order Process

3.1 Placing Orders

• Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly
• All listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Orders are subject to product availability

3.2 Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours
• Order acceptance is subject to product availability and delivery feasibility
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues

4. Pricing

• All prices in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of GST
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Bulk order discounts available — contact us for details

5. Payment Terms

• Payment accepted via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and cash on delivery (select locations)
• Full payment required before dispatch for online orders
• Cash on delivery available for orders within West Bengal (up to ₹5,000)

6. Product Quality

• All organic manures and bio-fertilizers meet FCAO/NPOP standards
• Farming equipment sourced from verified Indian manufacturers
• Product images are representative. Actual product packaging may vary slightly
• We provide usage guidance with every product

7. Delivery Terms

• Free Delivery: On orders above ₹999
• Standard Delivery: ₹99 flat rate for orders below ₹999
• West Bengal: 2-4 business days
• Pan-India: 5-7 business days

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters (floods, droughts, cyclones)
• Transport strikes, fuel shortages, or logistical disruptions
• Government regulations or trade restrictions
• Pandemic, war, or civil unrest

9. Liability Limitations

• Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective goods (within policy terms)
• Not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• No liability for crop losses due to misuse of products or failure to follow usage instructions
• Maximum liability not to exceed invoice value of the specific order

10. Intellectual Property

• KRISH AGRO name, logo, and website content are our property
• Product images and descriptions for reference only
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

11. Dispute Resolution

• Good Faith Negotiations: Disputes resolved amicably first
• Arbitration: As per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Jurisdiction: Courts of North 24-Parganas, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction
• Governing Law: Indian laws, including Consumer Protection Act and Sale of Goods Act

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
