Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs returns, refunds, and cancellations for organic manures, bio-fertilizers, and farming equipment supplied by KRISH AGRO.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Lost in transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or expired product received

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Approved returns will be processed for replacement within 2–3 business days.
  • Replacements are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.

Conditions for Returns

Quality-Based Returns

  • Product does not match description or specifications
  • Product packaging is broken or compromised
  • Visible damage, contamination, or expired product
  • Wrong product delivered (different from order)

Equipment-Related Returns

  • Manufacturing defects in tools or equipment
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Damage during transit (with photographic evidence)

Return Process

  1. Inspect on Delivery: Check products upon delivery and note any issues
  2. Photographic Evidence: Take clear photos/videos of quality issues or damaged packaging
  3. Contact Us: Notify KRISH AGRO within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with evidence
  4. Resolution: Based on inspection, we will arrange replacement or refund

Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Bio-Fertilizers: Liquid bio-fertilizers have limited shelf life — no returns accepted after 48 hours
  • Opened Packages: Manure bags once opened cannot be returned unless quality issue is evident
  • Force Majeure: Quality deterioration due to buyer's storage negligence not eligible for return

Dispute Resolution

  • Good faith negotiations between KRISH AGRO and buyer
  • Arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Jurisdiction: North 24-Parganas, West Bengal courts
